January 9th, 2015, Charlottetown – P.E.I. short-track speed skater Carly Connell hits the ice this weekend in Trois-Rivières, QC to compete in the Canadian Junior Short Track Championships. She’ll be among the top 32 junior female skaters in the country, with a chance to represent Can
